Return & Exchange Policy

At Winnibeads Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition and packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
